职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
Participating in reviewing and re-designing a more efficient planning and controlling process
Participating in developing, implementing and maintaining a budgeting system for HO and the branches which can support the budget preparation, review, monitoring and reporting
Participating in designing and implementing budgeting and cost control policies
Be responsible for performing costs analysis and preparing expenses review report on regular basis
Support branches to set up and implement robust budgeting and costs control system
Lead or participate in other budgeting related projects
Act as contact window for branches, support and coordinate branch related issues
Lead or participate in other branch coordination related projects
Lead and develop team members
Education, Experience, Qualities & Skills:
Minimum bachelor degree with major in accounting, finance related, CPA or CFA preferred
Minimum 4-year working experience in budget control area of insurance or banking industry, foreign life insurer preferred
Good spoken & written English skills
Good computer skills
