岗位职责：
• Communicate and implement data policy and standards
• Be responsible for the delivery of data initiatives (across the project lifecycle) to ensure alignment and conformance to data strategy, policies and standards
• Support the implementation of data quality and governance principles
• Input to data quality standards, metrics design and implementation
• Work with the country teams to identify business data issues and leverage the Data Management Framework to resolve these issues.
• Understand business process and requirement to perform tactical and strategic data analysis
• Participate in system launch/ enhancement and provide input

任职要求：
• University degree preferably in Accounting and Finance with professional Accounting qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Asset Liability and Capital Management, Regulatory Requirements, Economic and Accounting principles is required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience of effectively working with businesses and regulators and effectively maintain a positive relationship and ability to influence
• Proven capacity to effectively prioritise tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
