Job Description
-?????? Responsible for Bosch franchise car service network development and strategy
-?????? Preparation of materials for strategic meetings internally and externally
-?????? Responsible for sales management tool and sales force excellence
-?????? Sales process optimization to increase sales efficiency
-?????? Regular reporting to management team regarding the sales performance
-?????? Align with Bosch internal departments to get sales resources
Qualifications
-?????? BA and above with more than 8 year working experience, at least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
-?????? Consulting background is highly preferred
-?????? Strategic thinking, aiming to achieve long term business goal and target
-?????? Be able to handle multi-tasks
-?????? Excellent communication skills and people skills
-?????? Result oriented
-?????? Team management experience as a plus
-?????? Professional in presentation skills
-?????? Fluent in English
