职位描述
工作职责：
- 对工厂进行模拟审核和诊断；
- 领导工厂进行整改；
- 给工厂管理层和员工提供反恐、品质和社会责任培训；
- 经常到全国各地出差；
- 聘用者将提供全面在职培训.
职位要求：
- 有注册认证咨询师资格者优先
- 大学专科以上毕业
- 良好的英语读写能力
- 具有两年以上QA管理经验的优先
- 有在工厂或评估公司查厂工作经验者优先
- 熟悉SA8000、ISO9000、ISO14000、TS16949等优先
- 有领导力和团队合作精神
- 优秀的人际交往能力和沟通技巧
- 熟练运用Windows系统和Office软件
薪资:有竞争力的薪资和提成
Responsibilities:
- Audit factory and write the findings reoports;
- Teach fatory management staf how to make improvement;
- Conducts security,quanlity mangement and social compliance consultation;
- Provides education and training to factory management and employees;
- Handles inquiries from customers;
- Frequently travel to all parts of China;
- A comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Requirements:
- University Graduate with bachelor degree, Academy graduate with over 2 years’ work experience.
- Fluency in written and basic spoken English is necessary;
- Familiar with China Labor Law;
- Working experience in factory or audit firm is preferable;
- Works independently and an active team player;
- Good inter-personal and communication skill;
- Familiar with Windows and Office Applications.
- It will be preferable having work experience of ISO9001, ISO14001 and QA management.
- Familiar with Windows and Office Applications.
Salary Package: Basic Salary plus Attractive Commission.
