Key Responsibilities

Properly understand all technical requirement on products from distributors and convert those requirements into our own products.
Evaluate the cost structure of target product;
Work together with sales organization to support sales activities, train and educate distributors.
Work together with product manufacturer to develop and formalize technical specifications
Daily track project and report project leader with progress;
Scan market, investigate similar product and competitors
Provide other function with technical support as needed;
Environment
Act according to the ISO14000 Environment Management System Request.
Exert management and control on involved interested parties


Requirements

Education:
University graduated with strong cable technical background
Working Experience:
Minimum three years experience in cable manufacturing
Technical Skills:
Have real experience in cable related industry. Process or design experience is preferred.
Familiar with factory process and know how products made.
Basic cost analysis capability.
Have quality consciousness and basic quality control knowledge.
Good in engineering application software
Knowledge & Skills:
Good written English is a must (above CET - 6);
Other Requirement:
At least able to read and write English
Personality: self - motivation is a plus
Willing to learn and study new things.
Open-mind, Team work, hard working;
Able to travel in China extensively and can work under pressure;
Work independently.
