Key Responsibilities:

 

●       Work closely with coordinatior for the request, order, complaint and coordinate with internal team.

●       Support sales team with required documents, logistic information and other issues.

●       Regularly discuss and analyze sales forecast with customers to establish good communication and cooperation.

●       Follow up the problems in purchase order processing to meet customer requirement.

●       Follow up the customer complaints, properly handle the problems and deal with customer.

●       Handle internal daily routine works In ERP (Quotation, samples, Purchase order input, inventory check, maintenance, picking list,customer payment collection and financial reconciliation).

●       Ensure timely and qualified response to related internal and external inquiries.

●       Be available on the phone and mail during general business hours.

●       Maintains documentation and material in support and evidence of the above objects.

●       Be prepared to assist other members of the organization as required or requested.

 

Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

 

●       Bachelor degree or above with typically 1-2 years experience in customer service.

●       Fluency oral and written English skill.

●       Good communication skill.

●       Enthusiastic, passionate and responsible for work.

●       Ability to work under intense pressure  and complex environment.

●       With learning ability, executive ability, and understanding ability.
