岗位描述：
1：精通flash动画设计.
2：能独立完成逐帧动画绘制和2D特效的绘制.
3：完成游戏开发中flash模块的动画编辑工作.

岗位要求：
1：具备良好的美术基础。
2：熟练掌握flash，photoshop等工具的使用。
3：对动画规律与时间节奏掌握具备良好驾驭能力。
4：热爱游戏，对游戏开发富有兴趣。
5：熟悉3Dmax character Studio或有3D动画经验者优先。
