岗位职责:

1. 指导投诉处理人员根据公司、监管制度及时、准确、客观、公正地处理投诉，能独立开展人员培训
2. 对突发复杂投诉事件的处理提供技术支持，根据事件性质提供必要的支援
3. 定期汇总分析投诉数据，完成内外部相关报告,对潜在风险和问题做反馈预警
4. 总公司层面对复杂疑难案件的处置进行意见征询、审批、以及各种沟通事项的协调

任职资格:

1. 大学本科以上学历(保险\法律专业优先)
2. 五年以上保险公司客户服务岗位工作经验，二年以上投诉处理经验
3. 善于在压力下保持良好工作状态
4. 拥有专业的保险知识,熟悉行业法规制度
