JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Maintain the long-term profitability of each individual profit center or business unit, which includes Account Receivables, Material Inventory position (Days of Inventory), Non- Recurring Expenses, Return Material Authorization and Customer Claims tracking as well as Customer Purchase Orders and SAP Sales Order maintenance.
2 Propose pricing strategy and coordinate development of all aspects of quotations, including manufacturing, materials, test, packaging, tooling, freight and duties. BUM/BUD will have the final approval and ownership of the quotes and proposal.
3 Monitor the day-to-day production of all assemblies within the individual profit center of business unit, including timely delivery, quality, process conformance and test procedures.
4 Evaluate and implement changes to any assembly in the individual profit center or business unit, including volumes, schedules, engineering changes and all other variations to a project.
5 Drive cost reductions for any assembly in the individual profit center or business unit through material sourcing evaluations, manufacturing effectiveness evaluations, tooling design reviews and design evaluations.
6 Responsible for identifying and grooming potential candidate for succession planning.
7.To communicate customer requirements and requests to Workcell members and follow-up with plans for implementation.
8 To convey limitations and constraints of manufacturing and propose amicable solutions to satisfy customer needs and requirements.
9 Provide proposal on Supply Chain Design when appropriate. BUM/BUD will have the final approval.
10 Participate in formulating Contract and/or negotiation with customer for new or revised contract. Have a good understanding and ability to execute if there is an existing contract available.
11 To put CSI as top priority in ensuring that customers QBR score is within satisfactory limits if not Best-in-Class

? On time collection of the Account Receivables, Claims and Material Excess & Obsolete.
? Good understanding of Cash Cycle management inclusive of the drive and initiative to improve Days of Inventory, Account Payable and Account Receivables.

? Well respected by Plant Management team.
