高级软件工程师 （JAVA/JEE）
主要职责：
- 参与系统的需求调研和需求分析，撰写相关技术文档；
- 搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的实现；
- 项目概要设计、详细设计、开发计划等的编制并实施；
- 系统单元测试、部署和集成；
- 负责解决开发过程中的技术问题；
- 协助质量管理人员保证项目的质量；
知识结构
- 熟悉面向对象技术，具备采用面向对象方法进行系统分析经验；
- 完整JEE较大型应用项目开发经验 ；
- 精通Java语言及JEE开发规范，熟悉Java web开发框架,如struts,spring等；
- 精通MVC开发，熟悉Jquery,iReport等开源技术
- 熟悉 Oracle,DB2,MS SQL Server，My sql 数据库

- 熟悉PMS

- 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
- 思维敏捷，极强的学习能力；
- 良好的英文交流及读写能力。
其它条件
- 大学本科以上、计算机专业毕业;
- 三年以上JAVA/JEE项目开发经验;



Senior Software Engineer （JAVA/JEE）
Job Responsibility:
- Work with team for requirements research and analysis, write related technical documents
- Responsible for setting up system development environment, and implementing system framework and completing
kernel codes
- Work with team for project high level Design, detailed design, development plan, etc.
- Responsible for unit testing, go-live and integration
- Solve technical problem during the development process
- Interact with Quality Controller to ensure project quality
knowledge:
- Familiar with object-oriented programming experienced in system analysis using object-oriented methodology
- Experience in total life-cycle of large-scale JEE project
- Excellent knowledge and skills in JAVA , JEE standard, familiar with Java web development framework,eg. Struts,

spring etc.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in development with MVC, familiar with open-source technology,eg. jquery,iReport
- Familiar with ORACLE ,DB2,MS SQL Server,My sql database

- Familiar with PMS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good team player
- Quick thinking, great motivation to grasp and master new techniques
- Fluent in written and oral English
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science field
- At least 3 year's software development experience in JAVA/JEE
