Main tasks:

1 Assist Senior Coordinator in warehouse management, including daily planning, workers’ arrangement, ensure the tidiness and security of warehouse, ensure that the operations are in line with internal and external requirements

协助高级协调员进行仓库管理，包括日常计划、工人的管理，确保仓储的整洁和安全、操作按照内部和外部要求进行

2 Operations waste management – on-site supervision, contact with vendor, keep record

操作垃圾管理 – 现场监督、联络供应商、保管记录

3 Operations equipment management – keep record, contact related department or parties for maintenance or repair, follow up on purchasing after approval

操作设备管理 – 保管记录，联络相关部门和工人进行维修保养，跟进审批的采购项目

4 Consumption material management – keep record, timely order to achieve efficiency and cost effectiveness

物料 管理 – 保管记录，及时采购以确保效率和降低成本

5 Data collection – collect data for field management

收集数据 – 收集现场操作数据

6 Operations reporting – make reports regular or upon request

操作报告 – 包括日常报告和临时报告

7 Follow-up on QC reports under the supervision of Operations & Data Quality Supervisor

在操作和数据质量主管的指导下，跟进质量控制报告

Requirements

1 One year or more working experience in Operations, Warehousing or Customer Service

一年或以上操作部、仓储或客户工作经验

2 Good computer skills, especially usage of Microsoft Office

较好的电脑技能，特别是Microsoft Office的使用

3 Basic English language ability, especially reading & writing

基础的英语能力，特别是阅读和写作

4 Eager to Learn 求知欲强

5 Willing to work overtime 愿意加班

6 Good sense of responsibility 责任感强

7 Hands-on and team player 躬亲其事，团队精神
