岗位职责:

1. 在理赔权限内及时审核、复核理赔案件。
2. 监督、分析各项理赔数据指标，确保理赔的各项运营指标的达成。
3. 制定并完善理赔相关的规章制度、运营流程。
4. 参与保险产品开发及条款制定，负责产品的系统需求撰写、提交、测试。
5. 理赔系统的维护、更新、优化。

任职资格:

1. 学士及以上学历，至少有3年的寿险理赔从业经验
2. 临床医学、法律或保险专业优先考虑
3. 具备新产品开发及理赔规则制定经验的优先考虑
