Responsibility Level:

 

Execute annual marketing plan and commercial policy to support customer engagement and business development. Establish and maintain excellent brand image.

 

Typical Duties:

 

• Develop and carry out specific trade marketing programs, incentive scheme and merchandising activities to support sales growth and target delivery.
• Work with sales and PM team in new product/new business launch including package & label design, leaflet & brochures, promotion campaign, video, training materials, etc.
• Yearly/monthly planning on promotion, signage, seminar and other marketing resources. Channel expense allocation in line with commercial policy and customer classifications.
• Build up the process for activity application and data/budget tracking, as well as ROI management and effectiveness improvement for specific trade marketing activities.
• E-catalogue and other digital tools improvement and optimization.
• Branding and product news updates & communication for internal sales team and external customers.
• Plan and monitor budget of marketing team related to own resources and engineering services.
• Key contacts and lead in both internal & external communications (customer, media & PR)

 

 Requirements:

 

• Above 7 years of relevant experience in the Auto Industry.
• Experience in a management position in Marketing or related areas is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing related engineering background.
• Good command of English in both spoken and written.
• Good command of MS Office general knowledge of SAP or ERP
