1, Manage overall day-2-day import operations, ensure in-house operation team handle every import shipment by following correct procedure and way of working.

2, Manage internal stakeholders, coordinating with stakeholders to provide necessary documentations to facilitate import process.

3, Manage warehouse daily operations, ensure warehouse operation aligned with SOP.

4, Manage inventory accuracy. Define stock count cycle, strategy, provide timely stock count report to management team.

5, Manage KPI with 3PL, host monthly meeting to review 3PL performance. Implement PDCA methodology to request for improvement.

6, Review overall import process, activities inside warehouse to identify the space for improvement, by efficiency and cost orientation.

7, Review monthly cost on import and warehouse, provide solid analysis on cost elements.
