出纳兼商务助理

任职要求：

大学本科以上学历，会计或管理类专业，具备会计上岗证。
能熟练使用财务软件，熟悉Excel, Word及PPT应用技巧。
有较强的沟通能力、工作认真细致，能承受一定的工作压力。
具有良好的英语读写能力
两年以上出纳或会计工作经验优先考虑
工作主动积极、勤奋努力、细致认真，有责任心；待人诚实、性格开朗、亲和力强；有团队精神和良好的沟通、组织及解决问题的能力。

工作内容：

审核报销单据，协调内部和外部的财务问题
完成每月费用报告，执行现金盘点等公司内部控制
与税务等政府部门保持良好沟通，及时更新了解相关政策规定。
完成银行、现金等日记帐，编制收、付款记帐凭证和开票等工作
同时兼任公司行政管理

Cashier And Business Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage payments to vendors, employees and other parties
2. File accounting document, issue invoices to customers and verify invoices from other companies
3. Handle banking issues and procedures as well as record transactions
4. Cooperate with senior accountant for monthly report and annual audit
5. Cash advance management and fixed assets management
6. Maintain good working relationship with relevant authorities, Banks and institutes
7. Compliance with local statutory legal & auditing requirements.
8. Handle VAT related issues and statistic report
9. Other tasks

Requirements

1. Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related is preferred
2. Possess accounting Certification and knowledge on IFRS will be preferred
3. 2 year minimum experience in accounting related fields & cashier experience
4. Working experiences in multinational corporations is preferred
5. Good command of English both orally and in writing & excellent teamwork
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and familiarity with accounting software system
7. Self motivated with attention to detail
8. Able to work under pressure
