职位要求：
- 大专以上行政管理或文秘类专业
- 3年以上外资企业相关工作经验
- 能起草基本的商务英语文件
- 出色的英语口头沟通能力
- 有出纳工作经验的优先
- 能够熟练地准备统计报表、书面报告以及管理方面的文件
- 精通个人电脑技术、MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint，以及具有创建多种专业文件的经验
- 拥有清晰的分析能力，能对自己的工作进行轻重缓急的判断
- 有非常好的组织能力，传播公司的正面形象并很好地反映在组织工作中
- 工作一丝不苟， 能注意细节
职责：
- 记载员工出勤情况
- 记载工作时间和加班时间
- 处理和维护主管日程，准备和完成各类文件报表
- 制定工作计划，做好时间分配
- 协助审核、修订行政管理规章制度，执行日常行政工作
- 安排公司各种会务和组织员工各种活动
- 接待访客并决定是否让主管或其他工作人员与之会谈
- 对公司各种文件和档案进行整理、归档
- 履行办公日常职责，如办公用品采买、管理和分发，维护记录管理系统和执行基本的簿记工作等
- 办理各种行政事务和手续，比如填报报表、公司年检等
- 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作
