We are currently seeking an Senior Accountant with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who will handle the full-scope accounting work independently for our new site in Tangzhen. He/She will relish working in a fast paced environment with sound communication skills (verbal and written), great attention to detail, customer and relationship skills, exceptional understanding of accounting and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  

 

  

The role specifically involves:

  

• Supervising accountants/interns assigned onto

• Preparing banking requests.

• Responsible for full-scope bookkeeping and prepare monthly PRC financial statements.

• Preparing and submit the PRC tax returns on monthly basis (VAT, CIT, stamp tax, outbound payment etc.);

• Preparing and submit the government reports e.g. monthly statistics statement required by statistics authority etc./Joint Annual Inspection;

• Handling the annual audit and annual tax filling.

• Preparing various reports as per management requirement

• Preparing monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Backup support for Finance Manager

• Assisting in ad hoc information and reporting requests

• Other finance and administration duties

  Education/Experience:

                        

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 5+ years in a financial/accounting position, 2+years in G/L.

• Good English skills - CET-6 is a must.

• Proficient in MS office and ERP system, e.g. JDE (highly regarded).

• Driving positive outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all departments, all levels of the business and externally with customers.

• Ability to act and operate independently and manage the tight       deadlines ensuring accurate, timely closings 

• Computer literacy and numerical aptitude.
