Essential Function 1: Customs Management

1. Import Management (Monitoring of Import Declarations, customs duty, duty drawback)

2. Customs Procedures With Economic Impact (Customs Warehouse, Inward Processing, Proc. under Customs Control)

3. Implement simplified customs procedures & optimize customs processes

Essential function 2: Trade control

1. Standardize trade control processes and assure compliance through training, monitoring and audits

2. Effectively manages the network of the nominated export control representatives in the regions/countries

3. Monitor customs laws, free trade agreements, sanctions and embargoes - recommend or initiate best fit solution

Essential function 3: Preference management

1. Preferential Treatment of Goods (Pref. Calculation, Determination of Origin, Mgmt. of Suppliers Declarations)

2. Ensure correct proof of origin for all business flows

Essential function 4: Communication

1. Representing Clariants interests in external associations & working groups

2. Assures smooth and excellent co-operation with authorities & administration

3. Support & consult business units in their business activities

任职要求：

Education:

University graduate or relevant qualification in Logistics Operation Management

Business experience:

Minimum 8 yrs. relevant hands on experience in shipping or logistics, preferable gained from multinational

Practical experience in SAP is necessary

Solid experience on import and export in China

Project management experience is preferred

Sound knowledge in logistics process, service provider management

Self motivated and result orientated, and able to work independently under time pressure
