We are looking for a driven individualwith shared passion for Beijing Kerry Centre marketing program. The seniorofficer reports to Deputy Manager –Marketing & Operations directly and isresponsible for all on-site execution and management.

 

What You’ll Do

Beijing Kerry Centre marketing execution andon-site management. Developlong-term relationship to enlarge member database, Continue to cultivate PRcommunication strategy and to elevate own social media database

 

Your keyresponsibilities include, but not limited to:

？   Beijing Kerry Centremarketing program & on-site managementand execution.

？   Work together with Beijing Kerry Centre marketingteamto reach goals

？  Contribute to overall PR strategy formulation and execution,particularly in the areas of social media understanding and communication‐ Cultivate owned socialmedia relationships with leading platform esp. Lifestyle and Health &Beauty KOL to create editorial content relating to the promotion of our brand.‐ Develop online/offlinecommunication strategy with Marketing team to have proactive seeding and defendCrisis negative online impact‐ Planning and organizedigital content related function/activities ‐ Compile digitalcommunications tools, including writing, translation and event supervision‐ Strong in eventplanning, and well handle corporate event and campaign planning and executionas required.

 

Who You’ll WorkWith

You should work closelywith marketing team for member benefits, events, design and research within BeijingKerry Centre. In the meantime, you should cooperate with other functional teamssuch as leasing team, customer service team, property management team andoffice/residence/retails/hotel team for marketing operation. 

 

Who You Are

？  You should be passionate about resourcing benefit in marketingcommunication program

？  You should be good at resource negotiation both internally and external.

？  You can adapt to changing demands and conditions, work on multipleprojects at same time.

？  You are experienced in PR related fields.

 

Your professionalexperiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？   Bachelor or above,marketing or related major preferred

？   3-6 year workingexperience, shopping centre, PR agency or retail preferred

？   Strong projectmanagement skills

？   Workingunderstanding of marketingdatabases preferred

？   Must beable to multi-task in a fast paced environment

？  Strong customer oriented mindset to understand and deliver on differentcustomer segments and key stakeholder expectations

？  Identify new value propositions and articulate with clarity to add valuefor business

？  Create alignment of ways of working across the business 

？  Have the ability to drive results when working to strict deadlines

？  Be able to use diplomacy and be able to effectively communicate withdemanding stakeholders

？  Develop solutions through dealing with obstacles and problems in atimely manner; and work with others for creative and innovative solutions

？  Be full accountabilities for own jobs and can be expertise for owndomains
