SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This internship will provide exposure to various aspects of marketing that may include, but are not limited to: marketing events & promotions, marketing research, social media content preparing, website operation. Learning objectives are achieved through training, observation, + “learning-by-doing” under close supervision with constructive feedback. 

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

Marketing events & promotions

·         Assist in finding potential events to participate & organizing events 

·         Assist in executing event & make sure events meets its objectives.

·         Responsible for product promotion & free sampling in supermarkets. 

 

Market research

·         Conduct market field research & collect related data for assigned products.

 

Social Media content

·         Assist with developing, writing and distributing approved social media content

·         Assist with regular newsletter content writing

·         Assist with proofing written materials for style, grammar, and translation if needed.

·         Responsible for collecting marketing materials from Swedish brand website includes but not limited to text, photos, videos.

 

Website maintenance

·         Assist with http://www.scandicfoodschina.com/ website content up to date. Ex. Updating promotion, design, products etc.

·         Responsible for updating & executing promotion plan on the website for over half time products.

 

Assist marketing team and other product managers with special actions, campaigns, exhibitions etc.

Requirement

1 University Student

2 Good communication skills and team spirits.

3 Familiar with MS Office, especially in Excel and Presentation

4 Daily English communication ability is required
