岗位描述：

1. 负责卫星载荷光学系统方案的制定，完成光学系统设计和各性能参数分析，公差分析、分配；

2. 负责光学材料、器件选型，制定光学器件加工工艺和技术要求，指导制定光学系统装调方法和流程；

3. 负责主导光学载荷外协加工，跟产研制工作；

4. 负责光学载荷各器件、各系统性能的测试验收工作；

5. 完成研发过程中相关设计文档和图纸编制。

任职要求：

1. 光学、光学工程、精密仪器等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具有扎实的光学设计基础；

2. 具有光学系统设计、仿真分析能力，熟练掌握ZEMAX、CodeV等光学设计工具软件；

3. 具有五年以上光学研发经验，熟悉各种光学材料、加工工艺及装调等；

4. 具备良好的团队协作、配合意识，人际沟通、协调能力强；

5. 有光机系统项目完整研制过程经历者优先，航天领域光学载荷系统设计工作经验者优先。

The plant is a modern industry facility with existing casting/machining equipment from Germany, Japan, Denmark and the US. Through this acquisition, the company is able to cover the strong customer demand in Asia market. May 2, 2017 Westron Group has signed the financing agreement with HDCapital of Tus-holdings for a financing plan up to 200 mil.
