It will be great if the person has been working in the top consulting company mainly for strategic sourcing work.

Key responsibilities:

1. drive category management to ensure organisation match market benchmark in terms of best practices 制定产品采购策略以及推行到集团的几十个工厂实施执行。

2. develop strategic sourcing strategies and processes 了解并实施战略产品采购流程

3. monitor category strategy implementation and contract compliance 合同谈判和实施

4. be responsible for coordinating all external procurement activities for the categories across APAC, including the development and implemetation of category strategies (short, mid and long term) and plans to support designated APAC-wide strategic objectives. 战略品类采购人员将负责对亚太区的几十个工厂进行业务支持和管理，如果做过销售，更好。工作内容的重要部分是，与内部客户的沟通与支持。

5. Implement TCO reductions for the category across sectors and regions 负责该品类整体成本的降低

8. Provide assistance to acquisition strategies by completing due diligence and integration activities for spend

We are not a trading business. Where requested we ‘pull’ product into the market based on specific client orders & requests, not ‘push’ product into the market to sell at lowest cost. We provide bespoke, flexible solutions for our clients which can incorporate elements of both project-based (consulting) services and managed services, depending on the desired outcomes.
