岗位职责：

1、负责办公楼和商业项目的独立接洽及拓展；

2、领导并完成项目全程的咨询服务工作，对项目总体负责，项目现场管理把控；　

3、根据公司对合作项目的总体规划，配合完成具体项目的运营方案并组织实施；

4、负责分管项目相关工作的执行、汇报与效果评估，与项目合作方保持良好关系；

5、进行项目沉淀和知识积累，定期进行项目分享和项目总结。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，工作经验要求10年以上项目管理类工作经验；

2、拥有大型写字楼、商业项目经验者优先考虑；

3、具备良好的团队管理能力、问题解决能力与项目管理能力。

4、具有较强的开拓进取精神和沟通、创新能力，有较强的公关能力和交际拓展能力。
