Reporting to the Manager of the GET Operations Project Office, this position will provide project management leadership for internal GET projects with a focus on Office Expansions and Infrastructure. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

General:

- Ensure scope, benefits, costs, time-line, and risks are identified for each IT project with 95% accuracy.

- Responsible for managing projects using sound Project Management processes and experience as well as learning and following internal PMO practices and standards.

- Responsible for working with management to assemble project team (indirect reports), assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, obtaining task commitments and driving successful completion of deliverables.

- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule relevant project stakeholders including technology vendor(s), subject matter experts, technology service owners, corporate communications, corporate training, management, etc.

- Accurately and completely prepare IT Services & Infrastructure organization project costs, justification, ROI, present them to the project sponsor using the approved process and forms, and obtain project cost approval.

- Facilitate/ensure the completion of all applicable technical forms in order to move the project forward.

- Manage workplace resources projects and provide IT requirements (BDC, IDF, server room, security..etc), and monitor the implementation of the design through project completion

- Provide technical support and documentation for project implementations (i.e. surveys, patching and troubleshooting)

- Develop project plans and schedules with input from project team members (information security, GET Operations, Network Security, Networking, Product, Telecom, etc) in order to properly set expectations with stakeholders

- Detect and manage project risks using best practices to inform stakeholders of the possible project pit falls while working to alleviate said risks

- Manage project budgets by influencing decision making while tracking expenditures in order to stay on a set budget

- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing larger-scale projects from start to finish

- 5+ years of project management and team leadership experience.

- Ability to think logically and analyze application and business requirements and match those technical standards.

- High degree of communication skills - both verbal and writing skills are critical.

- Experience with international and multi-site projects.

- Must be team oriented, self-motivated,and be able to work with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management.

- Experience maintaining a positive business to customer relationship.

- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to resolve challenging issues

- Knowledge of installation schedules, vendor management, and structured cabling infrastructure.

- Good understanding of power distribution and cooling methods

- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles
- Strong organizational skills

- Requires high energy, fast-pace and strong work ethic.
