Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Lead APAC & EMEA Global Operations, PMO, this position will support the Global PMO Team within eBay IT on two areas: a) Centralized tracking of project related procurement in various tools and preparing reports about the different financial aspects and b) being responsible to initiate Purchase Order requests based on the requirements of the Project Managers.

This role is an addition to the existing roles within PMO and is expected to slowly expand from a single project, over multiple projects and regions over 6 to 12 months.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Initiating Purchase Order requests within the eBay internal tools based on Ariba or SAP based on approved quotes provided from Project Managers,
· Tracking approval flow and escalate late payments,
· Provide back approved Purchase Orders to Project Managers or to Project Team Members to place the orders,
· Track the Purchase Order requests and fully approved Purchase Orders in various currencies in eBay-internal tools (ranging from Excel/Powerpoint to hp Mercury),
· Provide actual tracking to Project Managers, Financial Analysts from Business Units and Upper IT Management on a weekly report basis,
· Providing cash flow and cash out based on regional aspects to Project Managers and Financial Analysts,
· Support Project Managers across the Globe to generate project communications including project financial reports (to all management levels up to VP).

Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree and above or equal education,
· Strong understanding of Financial procurement aspects, with focus on inter-country or inter-region ordering, like VAT management, taxes, import fees, currency exchange ratio fluctuation etc.,
· 3+ years of procurement and finance reporting experience
· Basic understanding of large-scale implementations of infrastructure systems (e.g. UNIX, NT, e-mail, database, client-server, Internet/Intranet, server rooms, data centers, etc.),
· Project Management Certification (PMP, IPMA-Level C) are great beneficial, but not crucial,
· Further Trainings and Background Knowledge around Six-Sigma, Finance background (VAT dependencies, inter-country payments and procurement questions) are also beneficial,
· Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and be able to work with minimal supervision,
· Ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management,
· Experience maintaining a positive business to customer relationship,
· Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously,
· Ability to resolve challenging issues,
· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles,
· Strong organizational skills,
· Requires high energy, fast-pace and strong work ethic
