1. Manage and coordinate transportation operation with the supplier

   管理和协调物流供应商的运输安排。

2. Handle quantity and quality discrepancy issues by working closely with other departments and suppliers

3. Ensure clear communication between business departments and logistics suppliers

4. Manage and monitor performance of vendor and establish the performance appraisal mechanism for the logistics 

    vendor.

    管理和监督供应商的绩效表现，并建立供应商的绩效评估体系。 

5. Review regularly with logistics suppliers on their performance, and make improvement plan accordingly.

    与物流供应商沟通他们的绩效表现问题，并制定改进计划。 

6.  Work closely with IT team to solve system errors

    与IT团队紧密合作以解决系统问题。

7.  Be in charge of logistics project that is assigned by line supervisor

     负责由上级主管指派的物流项目

8.  Other job is assigned by line supervisor

Job Requirements：

岗位要求：

1、Educated to College level or above, holding a degree qualification

     大专及以上学历。 

2、3- 5 years’ experience in the logistics industry is preferred

     物流行业3-5年经验优先。

3、Patient and details-oriented

     耐心和细节导向。 

4、 Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, ability to work with various people

      良好的人际交往能力，良好的沟通能力，能够和不同的人一起合作。

5、Good analytical skills in excel

      熟悉excel技巧。

6、Self-motivated with drive and determination

     自我驱动和决心。 

7、High level of integrity

     较高的忠诚度。

8、Basic English requirement in communicating, reading and writing.

     基本的英文听说读写。
