Your challenges:

• Provide a stability, reliability kubernetes platform to application users and keep maintain and optimise it

• Make container platform to integrate with CICD, prometheus, elk..etc the related ecosystem services

• Self-managed, good motivation and high demanding on concrete delivery

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in container orchestration infrastructure platform architecture design

• Continuously improve the container platform performance and reliability and availability

• Participate in the practice and promotion of service management/microservice

• Follow the update of docker/kubernetes community, read document, and verify new features

• Responsible for one or multiple solutions/products. Build technical documentation and train team members;

• 3-6 weeks visit to France every year, meet our customer, get training from headquarters;

• Manage suppliers to guarantee a high level of IT service;

If you are qualified with below requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the Linux operating system, master the installation and maintenance capabilities of mainstream Linux server systems

• Familiar with docker and task scheduling, familiar with k8s architecture, containerization experience for more than 2 years

• Familiar with Docker / Kubernetes Ecosystem Service, eg. prometheus、elk、network policy, will be appreciated

• Familiar with shell, have python and golang language development capabilities

• DevOps background , open source project contributor will be a plus

• Have solid network knowledge, familiar with TCP/IP protocol

• Have basic cloud knowledge and experience on AWS/Azure/Alicloud(at least one of them), expertise on Infra as code will be very appreciated;

• Smooth communication by fluent oral and written English;

• Own strong responsibility and professionalism with good team spirit;

• Can be afford to foreign country trips (3 - 6 weeks / per year);

• Speaking French or having international company working experience will be appreciated;

你的职位挑战

• 为应用团队提供一个可靠的，稳定的容器平台,并且参与日常运维及优化平台架构

• 帮助平台和kubernetes生态圈中其他服务集成，比如持续集成持续交付系统，监控（promethues）和日志（elk）管理系统等

• 自我管理，自我驱动，对工作本身有着强烈的积极性，对成果有着高标准高要求

您的主要责任

• 参与公司容器编排基础平台架构建设

• 持续提升容器平台的性能与稳定性；

• 跟进docker,kubernetes社区的更新，阅读文档，验证Feature;

• 参与复杂服务管理/微服化的实践和推进

• 成为某一个或多个服务/解决方案的领导者，编写文档并给到内部同事培训

• 能够适应每年至少一次，为期3周的法国出差，在欧洲本部会见直接的客户，并接受相关的培训；

• 负责管理供应商以保证其服务质量；

您必须拥有：

• 深入理解Linux操作系统, 掌握主流linux服务器系统安装配置维护能力

• 熟悉docker以及任务编排，熟悉k8s架构，容器化经验2年以上

• 熟悉shell脚本编写, 具备python和golang语言开发能力

• 熟悉容器周边生态系统，比如监控，日志，网络策略优先考虑

• 有DevOps 背景 , 开源项目贡献维护经历加分

• 网络基础扎实，熟悉TCP/IP协议

• 熟悉并接触过公有云平台中，AWS/Azure/Alicloud至少其一，有Infra as code经验者优先考虑;

• 流利的英文口语和书面表达能力，良好的沟通技巧

• 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，良好的团队合作精神；

• 愿意接受每年一次为期3周的境外培训/工作；
