REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1. >5 years experience on import/export, international trade.
2. Solid operations experiences in areas of cross boundary transaction, bonded manufacturing and 3rd-party Distribution Center.
3. Strong consciousness on logistic cost and budget control.
4. Strong skills in performance measurement reporting and problem solving.
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
6. Good understanding on PRC Customs laws and regulations related to processing trade and imported and export.
7. Good understanding of the HSE code and the tariff classification process.
8. Good PC operation skills, especially in Excel.
9. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任

1. Manage routine import/export activities to ensure proper and timely material and information flow to support China Manufacturing.
2. Manage import/export activities in Free Trade Zone Distribution Center to support domestic sales.
3. Manage customs broker to ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets are met and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.
4. Work with Ops team on annual logistic budget and manage logistic cost closely to ensure cost be well controlled.
5. Work with central customs team to enforce customs compliance and provide technical support to the team in areas like tariff classification, free trade agreement and valuation.
6. Manage inward processing trade (e-Handbook/) and other special trade programs.
7. Manage the handbook balance (import vs export; the physical inventory vs handbook)
8. Work with internal partners to improve bonded production management.
9. Manage duty- exempted equipments cross customs border movement and support business footprint migration, set up and implement processes on post entry management of duty-exempted equipment.
10. Apply the certificate (CCC) of duty-exempted equipment, handle the importation of bonded equipment and spare part in compliance with customs regulations completely on bonded equipment management.
11. Manage government authorities, include Customs and import/export related agency.
12. Work as main contact window with other counterparties at the designated location in participation of business meetings, project with regard of customs operations.
13. Take other responsibilities in customs area assigned by the line manager.
14. Delivery training and coaching logistic team member and relates business functions.
