职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 :
Responsible for noting down guests’ requests for laundry pick up and delivery and making the appropriate charges. Keep staff attendance and prepare monthly production reports. Responsible for manning the telephone and ensuring all office supplies are available when needed.
负责对客衣接收和送回工作的登记及正确地对客衣进行计费,同时需对员工的考勤进行统计,制定洗衣房月报表,最后也需接听电话,确保办公室用品充足。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務:
1. Ensure day to day operational efficiency of the section
确保区域内有效的工作效率。
a. Answer the telephone and take down all laundry and valet guest orders.
接听电话,并负责登记。
Note down messages clearly on the daily order log book.
每天在工作簿上登记电话接听信息。
ii. Inform the Valet Runner to pick-up, deliver laundry immediately.
接到电话后立即报信息传递给客衣收送员。
b. Answer all telephone queries about laundry services and rates in the proper manner.
接听电话时,应对客人有关的询问给予正确的回答。
c. Responsible for screening incoming calls and all personal callers of the Laundry Manager.
负责接听外线电话。
d. Ensure the accurate charging of all guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing service.
确保每笔客衣收费均正确无误。
Compute / calculate and post guest laundry and dry cleaning charge.
对客衣收费进行计算和记账。
Issue laundry / dry cleaning vouchers for posting.
签发客衣记账收据。
iii. Submit daily control sheet to the Accounting Office before the end of the day.
每日下班前,需将当天日报表结算完毕送交财务室。
e. Handle all room change and transfer as soon as received from the Front Office or Housekeeping Office. Inform Checker and Valet Runner. Counter check with the computer.
当从前台或客房部收到客人换房讯息时,应通知客衣收发人员,并查看电脑记录予以印证。
f. Verify guest name and room number on the laundry / dry cleaning list against computer.
每张洗衣单上客人的姓名和房号应同电脑记录相匹配。
g. Check guest status and inform the Laundry Manager and Supervisor of incoming and in-house VIP guests. Ensure laundry and dry cleaning of these guests are given prompt attention.
查看房态表,如发现有重要客人应通知经理和主管,以保证这些重要客人的衣服得到***服务。
h. Handle laundry / dry cleaning items of guests on” hold “.
如客房挂有“请勿打扰”牌时,客衣如何处理。
Record these items on appropriate record book.
次类客衣应另登记在册
ii. Follow the “hold for return” procedure.
按等待送回程序操作。
i. Issue “guest notice” forms, such as discrepancy and damage advice to Valet Runner to be placed in the rooms. Ensure Laundry Manager / Laundry Supervisor is informed and that these forms are recorded in the logbook.
当遇到客衣数量不准确或客衣有损坏时,应签发“客人通知单”给客衣收送员,请其摆放在客房内,同时通知经理和主管,并登记在册。
j. Maintain a well organized and systematic filling system.
制定一个有成效的登记制度
i. Keep and update all laundry records and files.
确保洗衣房所有记录和档案材料得到及时更新。
k. Prepare and type memos, supplies requisitions, leave of absences.
负责打印备忘录、备品采购单及员工缺勤记录。
i. Closely monitor and control issuance of office supplies to laundry staff.
控制和调配发放给员工的用品。
l. Prepare staff attendance report. Report to the Laundry Supervisor staff who cannot report for work.
制定员工考勤记录,如有员工未按时上班,应向主管报告。
i. Keep record of overtime work rendered by laundry staff.
对员工加班记录作登记
m. Prepare monthly production reports.
制定月报表
n. Prepare work orders, as instructed.
签发工程维修单
o. Keep up to date all production reports / records.
每日需更新的报表/记录
Draw and round up the figures of daily Laundry and Valet sales control sheet.
更新每日客衣控制明细表
ii. Input the daily laundry sales revenue and production in monthly guest revenue report.
在月报表上更新每日洗衣收入和洗涤产品的记录。
iii. Complete monthly production report.
完成月报表
p. Receive complaints and take action immediately. Report complaints to the Laundry Manager / Laundry Supervisor.
如收到客人投诉应立即报告给经理/主管,并采取应对措施。
q. Give guest comments, complaints and commendations to Laundry Manager for proper comments and action.
任何回复给客人的投诉、建议及其他意见,均需洗衣房经理的同意。
r. Keep working areas clean at all times, not only after the days work but also before the days work and during the tour of duty.
任何时间均应保持工作区域的整洁。
s. Obtain meal coupons from the Human Recourses Department and be responsible for the issuance of meal coupons to Laundry staff.
从人事部领取用餐券,并发放给相应的洗衣房员工。
2. Contribute to overall operational efficiency
a. Handle Lost and Found items. Report to Laundry Manager and Laundry Supervisor and follow Lost and Found procedure.
如客人有遗失物品应向经理、主管报告并遵照“失物招领”程序操作。
b. Control issuance of Medical Slips to Laundry staff and ensure Laundry Manager has signed the slip before staff is allowed to go the Medical Clinic.
分发经洗衣房经理签发的医疗单给需就医的员工
c. Follow strictly all Hotel, Laundry and Housekeeping Department policies and procedure to be able perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
严格执行酒店、客房部和洗衣房的相关规章制度,以期有良好的工作表现和工作责任感。
d. Be aware of Hotel emergency and safety procedures and pest control.
执行酒店相关的紧急、安全和杀虫程序。
e. Maintain personal grooming as per Hotel’s standard, to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to Hotel guests and set an example colleagues.
按酒店要求,注意自身的仪容仪表,以期以一个干练、专业、整洁的职业行家展现给客人,并成为这方面的表率。
Emphasize good personal behaviour, as per guidelines laid down in the Employee Handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork, whenever and wherever possible.
无论何时何地,以员工手册的具体规定规范个人的行为表现,以体现出团队合作精神。
