TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 技术职责
To cost all recipes, inter-kitchen transfers and any food and beverage consumed by the hotel employees （staff meals）.
制定所有的配方，调拨所有相连的厨房食品和酒水消耗。
To define minimum and maximum stock levels, par stock management systems and to ensure the compliance with the relevant departments.
通过相关部门，定义最低和最高库存量，库存管理。
To ensure all goods received and delivered in and out of the hotel stores are properly documented and accounted for.
确保所有进入酒店的货物都有收货记录且有相应的文件作备份。
To perform daily and monthly Food and Beverage reconciliations, using POS-generated sales analysis reports and ensuring that all discrepancies are explained.
完成每日每月食品酒水成本分析，通过销售报表和实际消耗做对比，特别是每项差异都有解释。
To perform the physical count of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances to be reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.
完成月末库存和实际库存的账务核对。
vii. To report the daily and monthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptional variances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage & loss, etc…
报告每天和每月成本分析报表和详细的差异分析和销售趋势，滞销，破损，丢失报告等。


Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years Cost experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
最少3 年经验，适合做奢华服务工作。
A strong understanding of Cost Control Skill.
有很强的成本控制能力。
Strong oral and written communication skills.
有很强的书写和演讲能力。
Must have education in basic accounting, preferably with certificate.
会计背景，最好持有会计证书。
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
能积极主动，有效的工作能力。
Computer skills （word processing and spreadsheet）.
有很强的文字处理和计算机能力。
