Job Description:

1. Lead the IMC (ATL and Digital) account servicing team

2. Partner with Managing Director for growing the team and business

3. Maintain and growing the existing client business

4. Liaison with client’s senior management for high level strategy

5. Keep close track of all works for delivering promising results

6. Train up the junior team members

7. Coordinate with agency regional and global team for works

Requirements:

1. 6+ years experience in creative agency in which 2+ years for digital/social campaign

2. To-the-point for achieving client’s expectations

3. Profound knowledge in integrated communication

4. Familiar with branding and communication strategy

5. In-depth understanding of China digital and social media landscape

7. Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure

8. A good leader that motivates team members

9. Confidence and proficiency in presentation

10. Excellent in spoken and written English (Chinese is a MUST)

11. Experience in banking will be a big plus
