Overall Responsibility/工作概述:

RXBJ seeks a procurement Executive to join procurement team in Beijing office. This position is responsible for support manager and sourcing buyer for operate daily purchasing activity related to marketing, operation, travel and other service

Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:

1.     Support sourcing buyer Maintain the approved vendor list. Collecting the vendor qualification files for new vendors, check the documents and maintain the vendor information in system.

2.     Support in RfQ process, incl. preparing RfQ documents, quotation analysis, timing line steering, documents collection and handover process.

3.     Support and manage the internal requestors to finish the purchase activity in system

4.     Purchase order follow up, send the PO to supplier for confirmation, tracking the PO close within 3 months after show.

5.     Execute the regularly supplier performance evaluation together with the users for continuous improvement.

6.     Travel system Ctrip management, setup the ctrip account, monthly billing list check

7.     T&E analysis to improve transparency and identify savings opportunities

8.     Conducts contract registration, filing, scanning and expiry administration. Provide contract copies when needed by other colleagues for legitimate purposes.

9.     To support Sourcing manager/supervisor in sorting out relevant information, making price comparison and conducting other simple analysis

10.  Other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications/任职资格:

1.     Bachelor degree or above

2.     Supply chain management, commerce, finance and business administration related education background.

3.     Over 1 years of experience sourcing and purchasing,

4.     A good team player with strong communication and coordination skills

5.     Good in Excel and other office software

6.     Good command of written and spoken English
