Job description:
1. Build and manage a strong relationship with external channels and partners
2. Develop and manage cooperation and cross-sell with other internal business line in the company level
3. Develop and integrate the business plan between EF Corporate Team and cooperate business partners
4. Train partners and staffs on our corporate product and motivate them to provide customer referrals
5. Track partner performance including referrals numbers and amounts.
6. Produce appropriate, timely and accurate Management information and highlighting issues for team attention.
7. Plan and organize sales event, activities with partners to ensure that partners can deliver the result.
8. Meet set targets and objectives
9. Ensure annual budget delivering from the partners.

Requirement
1. Graduate degree, as a minimum
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the sales or business development section, prior experience in either dealing with external relationship or implementing projects preferred.
3. Good knowledge in education, training, or consulting business.
4. Strong interpersonal/influencing skills, organizational and time management skills
5. Must be self-motivated and self-supervised.
6. Excellent bilingual written and spoken communication skills.
7. Good skills in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
