Job Title: BLE Field Assistant Eng. Location: ShenZhen. Count: 3

Job Responsibilities:

Recognized as experienced Field Assistant engineer for BLE product in the department. Main responsibilities as below:

1. Provide excellent technical support to BX customers in China and together bring their products to the market quicker.

2. Directly interface with engineers from the customers and BX design partners.

3. Provide training to: customers, internal FAEs.

4. Be responsible for software/hardware problem solving, debugging.

5. Create constructive feedback to the development teams to improve the next generation of products.

6. Get familiar with bug tracking and software release procedures.

7. Frequently travel to customers mainly in China

职位描述：在部门作为BLE产品经验丰富的现场支持工程师。主要责任：

1． 为国内的客户提供优秀的技术支持，帮助他们加速将产品推向市场。

2． 直接与客户及公司内研发团队协作沟通。

3． 为客户和公司内部其他FAE提供必要培训。

4． 负责软硬件问题跟踪及调试。

5． 为研发部门提供积极意义的反馈以改进下一代产品。

6． 熟悉bug跟踪及软件发布流程。

7． 适应经常国内出差。

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor or equal in CS or EE background

2. 1+ years of experience in customer support of wireless IC preferably in BLE/BT.

3. Key skills at Wireless protocols, hands-on Embedded C on ARM cortex Micro controller, Embedded Operating Systems (FreeRTOS).

4. Understanding of embedded software mechanism and PCB is a must.

5. Debugging skills, Knowledge of low level drivers (UART, SPI, I2C).

6. Experience with different IDEs (Keil/Eclipse) is preferred.

7. Strong communication skills, ability to directly interface with engineers from customers, understanding their needs, and also ability to build and maintain good internal and external relations.

8. Good written and reading English skills

9. Good cooperation and self-driving abilities.

职位需求：

1、电子工程本科或以上（或相关专业）。

2、1年以上的无线IC客户支持经验，BLE/BT优先。

3、精通在ARM Cortex微处理器/FreeRTOS上调试无线通信协议及嵌入式C语言软件。

4、理解嵌入式软件工作流程，熟悉PCB。

5、熟悉底层驱动调试（UART/SPI/I2C）。

6、熟悉多种集成开发环境（Keil/Eclipse）优先。

7、良好的沟通技巧。能直接与客户工程师沟通，理解他们的需求，而且与公司内部以及客户之间建立良好关系。

8、良好的英文书写能力及文档阅读能力。

9、良好的团队合作以及自我驱动精神。
