Job Purpose：

- Maintenance and development of businesses with Bank and Non-bank FI clients.

- Daily work includes but not limited to preparation of credit memo, presentation to credit risk department, ensure all limits and policies are complied, CDD & KYC of the identified client, subsequent legal documentations, account opening, communications with internal parties and clients to follow through a deal (could be loan, trade finance, bank guarantee issuance, etc). Responsible to deliver positive business growth contribution to the team.

- Be expected to assist immediate supervisor in other team administrative matters including but not limited to AML, KYC, management reporting, compliance reporting, risk management, presentation etc.

Responsibilities：

- Actively develop new relationship with Bank & Non-bank FIs and materialize potential business opportunities (i.e. Bilateral Loan, Syndication Loan, Interest Rate Swap, Counter Guarantees, Interbank Forfeiting etc)

- Cross sell other banking product (i.e. cash management, private wealth account, DCM)

Responsible for fresh credit origination process including credit paper preparation, approval memos (all type of loans, investment papers like OD / TL / RC / SL / trade finance / risk participation / CB / derivatives, etc.)

- Perform credit renewals or other ad hoc requests and site visits to the targeted client

- Be responsible for client AML/KYC during the onboarding process

- Assist in preparation of Reports both internally and externally.

- Ad-hoc assignment from supervisor or management

Requirements：

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law or Engineering.

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in large Financial Institutions

Candidate Criteria: Good financial analysis skills, good English writing and speaking, result-oriented, good communication skills, good teamwork player.
