工作职责
New products
– Complete reading and understanding of the product technical documentation.
– Able to make and check basic configurations.
– Comparisons with current ITR products or other product in the industry.
New & current ITR products
– Integration in between them all, creating of testing environment, etc.
– Testing and evaluation of new solutions/systems.
– Provide internal training (to TS & PS engineers) for basic installation & configurations of the product/system.
– attending min one implementation of the product/system, could act as leading engineer and/or consultant.
Professional service
– Creating, updating and optimizing Voice PS Solutions templates (Quotations and Proposal), including but not limited to topologies, sample solutions, etc.
– Creating, updating and optimizing Voice PS Solutions, including related data and client/server software/hardware./
PS & Quality Assurance
– Troubleshooting for client’s and ITR’s systems.
– Technical validation for Voice PS Solutions, including related data and client/server software/hardware.
Quality Assurance
– For Voice Solutions while in implementations stage.
General
– Using commercial sense for all parts of the job at all times.

基本要求
- More than 2years in voice system ( PBX ) project implementation and management experiences on site
- More than 1year experience in pre-sale support、business consultant and design. Excellent communication and coordination is to prefer.
- Good writing solution and presentation skills.
- Should be a good problem solver and has a sense of service.
- Strong analyze and conclude capability.
- Can understand business and write the solution quickly.
- Good English skills( spoken and writing especially)
- 大专以上，通信、电子工程、计算机、自动化及相关科系毕业
- Familiar with current popular voice products ( PBX )
- Data communication knowledge is to prefer
