PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  

1. Working in lab environment, manage the instrument external calibration. Deliver the internal instrument check in lab.

   实验室环境中工作，管理仪器外部校准并提供仪器内部检查。

2. Responsible for reagent and standards management for lab. Keep the record per quality system requirement.

   负责实验室的试剂和标准管理。 按要求保持每个质量体系的记录。

3. Provide support to quality manager on instrument record and periodical check.

    

为质量经理仪器提供记录和定期检查。

4. Be the active backup for purchase people on lab and office purchasing requirement and dealing with contract related items.

    

为采购人员做好实验室和办公室采购需求的积极备份，处理合同相关事宜。

5. Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  

1. Bachelor’s degree major on Applied Chemistry, Pharm, Biology, Food Science etc. relevant fields.

本科以上学历，应用化学、制药、生物、食品科学等相关专业。

  

2. Lab working experience is preferred. Have necessary knowledge of quality system.

有实验室工作经验者优先。具备必要的质量体系知识。

  

3. Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等办公软件。

  

4. Excellent writing and oral communications skills. Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in English.

优秀的书面和口头沟通能力。普通话流利。

  

5. Capability of handling sensitive and confidential information.

处理敏感和机密信息的能力。

  

6. Timely, reliable performance record.

及时、可靠的业绩记录。
