岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
Working closely with creative department from head office to adopt the concept and localize the creative assets.
Communicating with headquarter to ensure that there is a consistent look and message with localized creative assets.
Work with Marketing team to lead and supervise the local creative assets design & development（shooting & production），consumer events design and social media creative design.
Work with Retail Marketing and Sales team to supervise and develop the retail POP，Windows and any special collection design and set up in key retail doors.
Work with Ecomms team to provide the banner & webpage master design，supervise and lead the local assets creation and design for Tmall site.
Work with Marketing and Sales team on the seasonal trade show space set up and presentation adaptation.
Managing post production of the print and packaging from HQ or local needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Minimum of 4-5 years design experience working in a fast-paced environment from a lifestyle/fashion/sports industry or creative/advertising agency.
Strong knowledge of post-production in print and digital.
Strong knowledge of photo shooting and production.
Strong knowledge of advertisement and production.
Basic knowledge and huge passion of design.
Strong organization skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong Adobe creative suite skills（Illustrator，Photoshop，lnDesign a must）.
Strong knowledge and sense of retail，fashion，lifestyle，and/or apparel industry with a firm understanding of calendars.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment，with superior internal and external communication skills，written and verbal required.
Resourceful，independent，creative，flexible.
Hands on attitude to tasks，ability to take initiative and stay self motivated.
