岗位描述

1．供应商的开发,筛选,评估和管理

2．协助设计团队进行产品的开发, 规格单翻译，询价,样品的制作和评估.

3．按照进口国的标准和客户的QA要求,完成产品送检和整改，确保样产品符合进口国标准和客户要求

4．按照进口国的标准和客户的QA要求，监督和协助供应商通过各类工厂审核。

5．协调工厂与QC人员，保证产品质量与交期。

6．日常订单操作以及交期的管理。

7．与客户协调订单交期，出货品质管理等事宜。

8．出货前对产品品质管理，QA及QC流程。

9．与国外总公司就开发，出货，售后服务，等其他事宜的配合

10．后期产品档案归纳整理。

任职资格：

1. ***，国际贸易专业，服装工厂及服装专业背景优先考虑。

2. 英语4-6级水平，口语较好，能与本公司外籍员工以及客户熟练沟通。

3. 有外贸服装行业至少8年工作经验，熟悉国际贸易操作流程。

4. 了解工厂运作流程和产品工艺。

5. 动手能力强。

6. 良好的沟通和议价能力, 能独立应对和解决问题，协调工厂、设计、销售等各方面关系。

7. 很强的责任心。

8. 思路清楚，条理清晰，工作有效率。

9. 计划性强,能有效安排日常工作, 确保能按时出色完成任务.能经常出差

SENIOR MERCHANDISER

Job duties:

1. develop fabric/garment samples according to customer's requirement;

2. follow up orders, ensure all the orders going smooth and ship on time;

3. understand the whole procedure from sourcing, developing, negotiation, order placemnet, follow order details, packing, inspection, delivery etc.;

4. translation all English documents to Chinese;

5. solve problems during above procedure;

6. able to have meting with buyer;

requirement:

1. at least 8 years relevant experience;

2. fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin;

3. able to work independently and take responsibility for own tasks;

4. team player;

5. able to work under time presure and with short lead-times;
