The Quality Supervisor can lead a Root Cause analysis of repeated quality issues, and then work with production and engineering teams to lead efforts to eliminate root causes, by reviewing quality history, standards and current manufacturing practices.

1.Build up the quality team, train and manage the people, assess their performance periodically.

2.Manage the customer’s complains, find out the problems and give the solution.

3.Coordinate with the internal departments to do the continuously process improvement.

4.Conduct lean manufacturing improvements, 5s management.

5.Train the operators to improve the products quality and work efficiency.

6.Other assignments by the supervisor.

主要职责：

1. 管理质量小组，培训和管理团队，定期对团队进行考核。

2. 管理客户投诉，发现问题并提出解决方案。

3. 协调公司各部门做流程持续改善.

4. 执行生产持续改善，5S管理等.

5. 培训生产工人改善产品质量和提高工作效率.

6. 上级主管安排的其他工作.

6.其他上级主管交付的工作任务。

Qualification:

- Min 5 years work experience

- Min 2 years in Manufacturing Engineering position, preferably in furniture background , ikea, steel case , hawarth  or other furniture

八年以上工作经验；

至少两年以上制造工程技术职位背景，家具行业背景为佳
