职责：

Responsible for development of brand new customers as well as expanding existing relationships.

? Increase sales volume by contacting existing and potential customers and their design engineering groups to promote and educate product awareness/attributes.

? Develop customer and application specific strategies based on defined customer needs. This position should focus on extending current application successes to all similar product opportunities with in the auto industry, helping increase market share and be in a position to take advantage of changes in the way future automobile platforms are built.

? Project management and control as applications become standard practice on global programs.

? Reports weekly on status of all working accounts.

? Develop and maintain networks within industry, customer base and other business partners.

要求：

10 years of related experience in sales in specialty fasteners or related automotive component industry for vehicles. Continually working across functional organization lines to technically educate the customer on our product attributes, resulting in the designing of our product into the application.

Ability to drive sales by gaining technical commitment on new vehicle platforms

Direct experience with the OEM`s design engineering process for new programs

Knowledge of automotive structural, safety restraint, exhaust or suspension components and programs
