Job Responsibilities:

? Works as Packaging Engineer on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of packaging data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.

? The development of the solution requires a multidisciplinary approach and knowledge of basic packaging principles, -theories and –concepts, the feasibility of packaging supply base, innovation market benchmark

? Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and packaging (feasibility) studies.

? May lead packaging projects

? Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

? Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. 

? Duration of assignment is typically a few months.

? Improves existing processes. defined processes.

? Works on the basis of Root Cause Analysis

? Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

 

Job Requirements:

? a Bachelor’s degree and any related experience

? Career-level professionals, who are fully qualified, experienced professionals.

? A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

? Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.

? Negotiation skills
