Job Description:

· Demand planning data analysis, make MPS (mater planning schedule) Report, optimize planning reports and maximize automation.

· Follow up all customer orders (Internal orders/OEM orders/Domestic orders): Manage and follow up order process, take all necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery date to meet customer requirement.

· S&OP demanding processes and procedure control. Analyze sales forecast base on history, seasonal and trend. Cope with Sales and Marketing to validate sales forecast and improve accuracy.

· Be responsible for the regular contact with commercial and marketing team for all updated information, promotion preparation, forecasting, overstock reduction, etc.

· Take actions to eliminate delays or over-stocks and ensure adherence to sales/marketing plans.

· Keep the inventory under control. Monitor inventory targets by measuring KPIs for the monthly report.

· Forecast accuracy improvement for AP countries base on the historical data, sales trend and marketing intelligence.

· Working closely and communicating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineer, Quality and Production Lines, on issues pertaining to inventory, cost and quality and drive initiatives to positively influence supply chain cost.

 

Job Requirement:

· Major in Supply Chain or related business education; Bachelor or above; CET-4 or above.

· Above 3 years working experiences in Supply Chain Management.

· Fluent English both in written and oral communications.

· Good for reporting and data analysis, enjoys working with IT tools, mainly MS Office software (Excel, Access), Oracle experience is a plus.

· Strong customer orientation, process and result orientation.

· Ability to work in teams, result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks.
