商务助理

岗位职责
1、协助设计师完成公司项目的合同及报价，和客户的联系包括收款及安排会议；

2、负责行政管理、组织及计划；
3、协助总经理管理公司内部数据库以及承担部分财务工作；
4、负责办公室物资管理、物品采购事宜。
5、处理国内及国际旅行安排，协助组织公司内部活动；

任职资格
1、本科以上学历，流利的英文听说读写能力，有设计公司行政工作经验者优先。

2、优秀的服务意识，具备强烈的责任心。

3、较强的语言表达能力，沟通协调能力，敏捷的思维逻辑，良好的执行力。

4、善于文件分类管理，熟练运用办公软件如MS Office、办公设备、网络资源。

Business Assistant
1) Work with lighting designer to take charge of the project quotation and contract, keep contact with client for payment and meeting arrangement.
2) Assist office director to manage company Data Base and accounting.
3) Responsible for the administration, organization and planning.
4) Material management, procurement matters
5) Domestic and international travel arrangement, organize company internal activities.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree, excellent English skills, a design firm administration experience is preferred.
2) Good sense of service, strong responsibility.
3) Strong language skills, communication skills, quick-witted, logic, well execution.
4) Good at document management, skilled use of office software such as MS Office, office equipment, network
resources, etc.

In 1968, Raymond Grenald established Reymond Grenald Lighting under the vision of addressing people’s perception of architectural space through the use of light . Ray was one of the pioneers who lead the way in the specialization of architectural lighting design as a profession. Lee Waldron, with a background in theatre, film and television lighting, joined Ray in 1976 and helped to foster a public appreciation of good lighting design.Grenald Waldron Lighting was found in Philadelphia in 1994.

Over years, GWL has increased its prominence within the lighting community and added experienced lighting designers with diverse backgrounds from architecture, engineering, entertainment and interior design. GWL are proud recipients of numerous awards for projects throughout the world, including two Presidential Awards for Design Excellence.
The notable projects are all over the world including: Independence Hall & Liberty Bell Center, Philadelphia;The White House, Washington ; Benjamin Franklin Bridge, Philadelphia etc.
