PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

1.      Source and grow a sustainable pipeline of licensing revenues with Ed-technology company in China;

2.      Maintain the marketing share in Chinese marketing

3.      Expand the business and revenues with the current and new clients.

4.      Support team head develop key accounts and retaining existing key relationships.

5.      Work with internal stakeholders across Rights and other business functions to provide excellent customer service to customers;

6.      Monitor and respond to market trends and identify emerging potential customers of interest;

7.      Work closely with SE, PD, MKT, NBD and ERS team to initiate projects according to market needs.

8.      Good at integrating resources and provide solution.

9.      Well know the workflow for copyrights and license process.

10.    Well know the rights knowledge. 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    

    

·        Over 5 years sales experience including 3 years of business development experience is required. 

    

·        Bachelor degree is required (overseas study experience is preferred)

    

·        Fluent spoken and written English

    

·        Education sector (International Education in particular) experience is preferred

    

·        Passionate in working with customers, with proven track record in developing new clients;

    

·        Flexible and collaborative working style, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships;

    

·        High standard of business ethics and professionalism for self and others;

    

·        Strong critical thinking skills, with the flexibility to respond to changing situations, shifting priorities, and new opportunities; and

    

·        High level of self-motivation and ability to work within a team while maintaining focus on objectives
