Moncler Store Management Trainee is a young professional, with high potential and consistent academic background, who is supposed to be trained and developed to quickly achieve managerial positions within the store.

  Store Management Trainee Program is a unique learning journey which will provide the overall expertise to start a successful international managerial career within Moncler stores.

• Selling, Clienteling ,After Sales, CRM data analysis and reporting

STORE IMAGE

• Windows & Display, Visual Appropriateness, Product Knowledge

OPERATIONS

• Systems & Processes, Stock, Administration

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Organization, Engagement, Development

Store Management Trainee, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual excellent results and contributing to the team ones.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Young talented graduates from top-level Business Schools with degree

• Multicultural background

• Fluency in at least 2 languages

• Relevant working experience of 2 years

• Willingness to travel and relocate worldwide

• Openness to new technologies
