Job Responsiblities:

• Teamwork with event agency to lead event planning & execution for marketing and CRM events
• Manage contracts and payments of events
• Assist on event budget control
• Information collection of competitor events
• Regular communication with HQ event team to keep updates with global event calendar
• Prepare event analysis/ summary reports to share with related dept. and HQ team
• Identify proper cooperation opportunity with TV/online programmes
• Assist to maintain the celebrities/KOLs relationships, including regular seeding and seasonal/ year-end gifting
• Closely work with PR for on-going celebrity dressing

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Strong analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
  
• Capability in selecting vendors
• Manage event logistics
• Maintain allocated budgets
• 5 years of previous experience on big scale events
• Previous experience in a Creative/Adv Agency
• Previous experience in a Fashion Brand
