Job Responsibilities:
(1) Providing customers with friendly and professional multi-channel communication during every inbound transaction and enquiry and to provide the customers with accurate information based in their needs
(2) Provide efficient Customer Service in terms of timely & accurate sales order processing from placement till final delivery with prompt communication to customers on order confirmation & status of delivery
(3) Invoice management & in coordination with Finance & sales on payment collection & outstanding issue settlement.
(4) Customer complaint management
(5) Customer Satisfaction Survey Review and reporting
(6) Customer Service Level Reporting and monitoring
(7) Customer master data maintenance
(8) Work as a member of CS team to support and commit to implement related CS tasks, programs and strategies

Job Requirement:
(1) Bachelor above with CET 4 English level
(2) Preferred Experience and Knowledge / Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
(3) PC skills: demonstrates familiarity with use of PC equipment and software
(4) Proficient typing skill
(5) Communication skills: verbal and written in both English and Chinese
