Position Title: Lead and Reseller Development Specialist 渠道专员/市场拓展专员
Department: Operations 运营部
Location: Shenzhen, China 深圳
Reporting to: Director of Business & Strategy Development, Greater China 大中华区市场拓展总监
Position Purpose:
Management of channel/ reseller lead process, define, sustain, develop lead quantity and quality, train reseller, collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales support and any additional assistance needed for VARs.
发掘/核实/维护大中华地区潜在渠道/经销商,实现增值增量。协助培训经销商/代理商,与公司内部销售支持部门等合作,协助大中华地区渠道经营的其他事务。

Qualifications:
High level of interpersonal skills and the confidence to effectively communicate with internal and external people from a variety of backgrounds.
Problem-solving skills either internal or external, able to handle various issues at the same time.
Ability to look forward and anticipate partner needs, proactively forecasting sales quota and effectively bridging sales gaps.
Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.
Professional, clear, and effective verbal and written communication.
More than 3 years of working experience in Channel/ Reseller development ecosystem
Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, especially in channel pre-sales
Sales and marketing Lead Lifecycle knowledge
Pre and Post sales operations
Reseller Management
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals with channel partners
Advanced MS office skills.
Excellent oral and written communications with good presentation skills in English.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
