职位描述

1. Purpose of Job
The Program and Technical Account Manager position is responsible for:
-Managing the introduction of new business application programs per the GDPIM process and for managing the technical side
of several Key Accounts.
-Managing internal program team meetings and related activities in the development and launch of new products.
-The primary technical interface between the customer and TRW
-Developing and implementing new product related customer opportunities (GDPIM 1 and 2 technical supports).
-Maintaining existing business, monitoring the voice of the customer & maintaining customer satisfaction are other important
functions of this position.
-The primary scope involves new or future business awards and program launches, but also includes existing programs that
have major changes directed by the customer or VAVE cost reduction activities.
2. Knowledge/Skills Required
- B.S. degree required / Master's degree preferred in mechanical or engine engineering
- Experience of minimum 5 years with customers in the automotive industry
- Commercial / business versatility strength
- Dynamic , open minded Experienced
- Language skills : Chinese mother language, Fluent in English ( written & conversation ), Other language desirable ( German )
3. Contribution
-Manage and work through Project Launch Teams to ensure that the project scope and outcome is achieved. Work to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations. Drive relevant project and project status communications among TRW stakeholders (customer, project team, functional management).
-Develop and maintain action plans to initiate, plan, execute, control and close new business programs with respect to product design, performance, cost, quality and timing.
-Manage technical customer interface for new business programs including regular in-person contact during complete project
life cycle
-Manage internal program team meetings and related activities.
-Manage GDPIM process for assigned programs from Phase 3 to 8.
-Provide regular communications to organization regarding status, issues, risks and actions.
-Understand the Strategic position of KA customers, including percieved market needs and other improvement activity such as
-Collect customer/KA related information & data
-Develop action plans
-Document results of KA meetings and develop reports
-Complete Competitor analysis : strengths/weaknesses/ opportunities/ threats (SWOT) versus TRW EC
-Collect engine development trends
-Define market needs
-Conduct gap analysis
-Guide internal R&D activities

4. Customer Service
-Prime role of Customer Engineering is being the voice of the customer and to open the way for new business and to maintain
existing business
-Striving for being involved in as many development projects as possible
-Customer Engineering is responsible for leading the various customer engine development projects to be conducted by
systematically approach
-Customer Engineering balances the needs of our customers versus internal capabilities and requirements in order to create
value for both sides
5. Leadership and Independent Action
- Manages the assigned Customer Accounts independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong and clear communication with customers and own organization is prime condition for achieving the results
- Interacts strongly with Acc. Mgr. Sales

6. Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Aim is to serve the customer in the best way , identifying adequate reliable solutions at lowest cost/ price by means of long experience on the market , bench-mark approach , backed up by implementation of modern analytical calculation methods & testing
